Description : 

• Searching candidates as per requirements, using sites like Dice. COM, Monster. COM, & internal database, mapping skills and submissions to account managers.
• Interview coordination, rates negotiation etc. 
• Recruiting experience of at least 6 months or more in US market. 
• The candidate should have worked on IT skills requirements, and should have placed candidates at client sites. 
• Excellent communication skills coupled with Internet Recruiting are must.
• Excellent attention to detail, good problem solving skills, and be independent, self-motivated.
• Requires well organized writing, fluent English grammar.
