Website Maintenance :

• OTSI provides website maintenance support for the IBT. The maintenance issues include the following:

• Implementing enhancements requested by BCBSMo to the Website

• Fixing bugs and enhancing the existing web applications being used by BCBSMo
  
• Enhancing software applications to meet the guidelines of HIPAA. Thus making application HIPAA compliant.
  
• Developing new applications to meet the business requirements of the BCBSMo
