• Should have, handled the entire recruitment cycle for a non technical process.
• Interviewed qualified candidates and negotiated on salary and other terms governed by the company policy.
• Screened potential candidates to the next level of hiring.
• Performed reference checks and other background verifications for all short listed candidates.
• Responsible for the candidate's joining formalities and training hand-over.
• Updated vendors on staffing requirements and developed leads from resumes,employee referrals and other references.
